Convert your Blue Credits into free tickets

At any time, you can convert Blue Credits earned by your company into award (tickets, upgrade, excess luggage, chargeable seat and other paid options), valid on flights with
AIR FRANCE and KLM. These awards are non-nominative: your company is free to use them for any employee.
Converting Blue Credits is simple!
You can convert Blue Credits into award using a simple scale:
1 Blue Credit = 1 EGP.

Using your Blue Credits has now become easier than ever! You can book any ticket available in the booking tool on AirFrance.com or KLM.com and pay with Blue Credits, provided that you have enough Blue Credits to pay for the complete ticket (including taxes and surcharges) and provided that you make the reservation in the booking tool of the country where your company has registered its BlueBiz account.

But that’s not all! You can now use your Blue Credits also to pay for flight-related services like extra baggage, meals and seats by adding them to your reservation in Manage My Booking or in My Trip. You can use your Blue Credits to pay for these flight-related services either when tickets are paid in cash (e.g. booked via your travel agency) or paid with Blue Credits.

For example: you have earned 6,060 Blue Credits. You can purchase an award ticket at a price up to 6,060 EGP. If you choose a round trip Cairo -New York flight at a fare of EGP 6,000 (tax included), you will use 6,000 Blue Credits. The 60 unused Blue Credits remain on your account to be used for your next award.

... and flexible

Blue Credits may be used to purchase any type of ticket (as well as upgrades) with AIR FRANCE and KLM no matter the fare or destination.
BlueBiz tickets can be used for flights with AIR FRANCE and KLM  under the following conditions:
  • You can book online your ticket up until 2 working days before your departure date.
  • For tickets with complex itineraries, contact to the BlueBiz Service Desk at least 3 working days before the departure date
  • All tickets must be completely purchased using only Blue Credits (including fees and taxes).
  • Blue Credits enable you to purchase tickets based on all public AIR FRANCE and KLM fares available in the departure country.
  • Standard conditions corresponding to the chosen fare apply to BlueBiz tickets.
  • All change or refund requests must be made to local BlueBiz Service Desk.
  • Ticket change fees can be paid for by using your Blue Credits, Cash or Credit Card. In case of modification, please  contact the local BlueBiz Service Desk at least 3 working days before your departure date.
  • It is not possible to change an itinerary.
  • For tickets bought with Blue Credits, refunds will be made by re-crediting the BlueBiz account with Blue Credits.
