Don't forget to send original supporting documents which will allow us to process your request: these include invoice, ticket receipt, boarding pass, etc. In all cases, give us a brief explanation of your case with your flight number and date. You will receive a written response from our Customer Relations Department within 4 weeks. We would like to inform passengers wishing to submit a claim that due to an unexpected increase in activity, longer response times may be experienced.We are taking active measures to minimize delays, and apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
